Located in the heart of the old city, the medina, very close to Jemaa el-Fna Square in the beautiful Laksour neighborhood, on a quiet, well-maintained side street. You’ll be close to all the attractions of the medina: souks, Medersa, the Garden of the Five Senses, the Bahia Palace, and more. The modern neighborhoods of Marrakech—Guéliz and Hivernage—are also very close by.

This renovated traditional house offers all modern comforts, from air conditioning to private bathrooms with toiletries, to suites with queen-size beds. During your stay, you can enjoy a private hammam and spa treatments.

The Terrace offers a very pleasant and relaxing living space, with a lounge and lounge chairs, where you can enjoy the view of the mountains and the nearby Koutoubia and cool off in the pool.

We loved everything about our stay at this beautiful, authentic looking Riad in the centre of everything. This gorgeous 7 bedroom Riad is tucked away just 1 minute walk from the market/souks. This could not be any more convenient. All the staff are hardworking and friendly that you feel like you're coming home. Our room was spacious and had working air-conditioning, which is a must in the Moroccan heat. Breakfast every morning on the roof terrace with a lovely selection of eggs, fruit, and bread served with juice, tea, or coffee. Dinner is available at a separate cost, I recommend the beef with Apricot and Prunes different, but it tastes so good. Now the massages!!! I would definitely go back for done at the perfect pressure to remove tension. A special thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable and enjoyable. Abdullah, who goes above and beyond for any needs you may have. Hichan for entertaining my mum in long conversations and to Najat, who gives the best massages in Marrakesh.

Very close to the Jamaa El-Fna place, but hidden in a quite small street. The courtyard is absolutely stunning. We spent much of our stay sitting there, drinking tea and listening to birds sing. Lovely breakfast on the rooftop, with the company of cute cats. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Our room on the ground floor is beautiful! With super high ceiling, coloured windows and traditionally walled bathroom.

Our stay at the Riad was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect—just a two-minute walk from the main square. We initially worried it might be noisy, but it was peacefully quiet, making it an ideal retreat to relax. The food was exceptional, thanks to the brilliant chef, and the entire staff was incredibly kind. Abdulah welcomed us with such warmth that we immediately felt at home. We’ll definitely be returning (next time with our children!) and highly recommend this Riad to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Marrakech. Very traditional. Cute. Interesting. Spa which we used, my husband did too for the first time. Relaxing area could be improved. Stray Cats using the loungers, covered in cat hair. Fabric on loungers not very hygienic. But we knew this wasn't a "beach" style break.

The staff were exceptional and made our stay feel like we were family, very comfortable and delicious meals. The breakfast accommodated our dietary requirements and the dinners were extremely tasty. The roof top pool was a great way to cool off and relax in the heat of the day, while the rooms stayed a very comfortable temperature without using ac. The Kutubiyya mosque is viable from the roof and the large Medina is a five minute walk, yet the Riad stayed quiet and comfortable. Very family friendly and lots of other young families to share the space with our kids. Thank you so much Abdullah and team!

We were met at the airport and driven to the centre of Marrakech, where Abdullah met us and walked us to the riad. It is very close to the hustle and bustle of main square Jamaa el-Fnaa, but very peaceful and quiet. The breakfasts were wonderful and the sun loungers on the rooftop were a great place to relax after sightseeing. I’d definitely recommend the half day tour of Marrakech to get your bearings and the day trip to the Atlas Mountains, both organised by the riad. We had a wonderful 4 night stay, thank you

I spent there 4 night and the room and hospitality was excellent. Room was very clean and quiet although the Riad is only few steps from Jemaa El-Fnaa. Also I got help from guys in all matters I needed even later when I was forced to change the place due to the no vacancy.

We stayed for 2 nights in October. The Riad is located down a quiet road a few minutes from the main square? It is bright an airy with a lovely roof terrace and small plunge pool on the roof. Our room was very comfortable, a little dark but this is not unusual from our previous experience in riads. The bed was very firm but comfortable and we slept well. The air con is very efficient the Wi-Fi is slightly unpredictable in certain areas. The staff are lovely. Abdullah is very funny and kept us amused daily. Breakfast on the terrace was plentiful and very fresh and tasty. We both had a massage in the spa which was good value and very pleasant after two full days of walking around the city. We would definitely stay again.

we spent an amazing time at Riad Dar Hamid in late August 2022. The riad is located in the old medina which is less than 2 mins walk to the famous Jamaa El Fna. From day one of our arrival they made sure that everything was taken care of starting from the transfer from the airport to the Riad. Amine and Abdallah were really helpful and always at our disposal, they made sure that our stay to be as confortable as possible. we had a specially reserved table at the terrace for our morning breakfast served by mainly Abdallah who always had a smile on his face my kids loved him. The riad was confortable and well situated. The only small remark is the daily cleaning of the room could be better. I really recommend this riad you won't be disappointed, we will certainly go back there for our next trip to Marrakech. Especial thank you to Abdallah and Amine.

We were so lucky to find this place. From the first minute the two men in the staff were super nice to me and my girlfriend welcoming us to a tea and showing us the ryad. The ryad itself is beautiful, all the rooms are decorated tastefully, the beds are amazing, everything is suuuper clean and the bathroom is breathtaking. The ryad itself has amazing areas and a perfect terrace to start your day with a dip in a small pool and serve you to an amazing breakfast (that's included!) Location wise it might seem tricky to get to because of the small streets of the medina but talking to the staff you'll have no problem finding it or have them send someone to pick you up. Again, all the staff are incredibly helpful and if you need advice knowing about tours, fair prices for shopping, etc. they've got you covered! We've been travelling for 2 weeks in Morocco and hands down it's the best place we've stayed in. Price quality ratio is perfect and we couldn't ask for better conditions. We're now leaving back to Portugal after having a relaxing massage to end our perfect vacations. I'll recommend this ryad to all my friends back home.
